Lean Green Belts are specialists in implementing Lean projects. With the right combination of specialist expertise and statistical analysis, Lean Green Belts are able to achieve significant improvements in performance and quality. A Lean Green Belt can work independently on an improvement project, as a project manager in a team, or as a team member in a larger Black Belt project.
Required education level: Higher professional education / university level
The certification consists of a theoretical element and a practical element. The full Lean Green Belt certificate requires a pass mark for both the theoretical and practical elements.
