Maar wat is nu precies de rol van een business analist in een agile team? En hoe kun je jouw kennis als business analist inzetten binnen zo'n team?

Onder leiding van een ervaren business analyse trainer geeft deze cursus je inzicht in het werk van de Business Analist in een agile omgeving ten opzichte van de meer traditionele rol als Business Analist.
We baseren ons hierbij op de Agile extensie van de BABOK& #174; Guide, een samenwerking tussen de Agile Alliance en het IIBA& #174;. In deze cursus introduceren we een aantal technieken die samengaan met de agile benadering en filosofie.

Alhoewel er in de cursus ruimte is voor het bespreken van zaken als proces- en bedrijfsanalyse, gaan we voornamelijk in op het software ontwikkel proces. De reden hiervoor is dat agile methoden zich op dit moment hoofdzakelijk focussen op software ontwikkeling.

De cursus is een prima voorbereiding op het iSQI Certified Agile Business Analysis examen. Het Engelstalige examen zelf is geen onderdeel van de cursus.
